Be Prepared

If you have your phone with you when the collision occurs, be sure to take pictures of the accident scene and any damage to your vehicle. Do this before any vehicles involved in the collision have been moved. Additionally, take photos of the other driver’s insurance policy and get their email address and phone number. If your vehicle must be towed, contact Marksman Auto Body and we can arrange to have your vehicle towed to our facility for the collision repair. As soon as possible after the collision, you’ll need to reach out to your insurance company to report the accident. Although the insurance company may suggest an auto body repair shop, under Ohio law you are not obligated to use the repair facility they recommend.
